Mr. Hans H. Plisch, an Electronic Engineer by profession founded the company H. PLISCH in the year 1955.Pioneering the Initial Developments of high quality measurement transmitters and Television Control Receivers for the new and expanding TV Stations in Germany, he started off with the broadcasting stations and the German Federal Post - who were then the institution in charge of regulating the use of high frequency distribution.

The development and production of a frequency spectrum receiver system and a antenna spectrum radar receiver system was his next brainchild. These equipments were able to monitor a frequency range up to 300MHz, as well as pin-point the direction of interference transmitters. In the year 1958, this became an absolute necessity as the use of frequency ranges increased drastically.
